SAFETY LEVEL LOCK
The Safety Level Lock prevents unwanted or accidental level changes for an active training style. Simply press the on/off button to lock in your training level. Press it again to unlock to adjust your training levels.
*A lock icon will appear on the LCD Screen to confirm the Safety Level Lock was activated.

The HANDSFREE SQUARES gives you the freedom to multitask and have discreet fingertip control. Built with a flexible strap and intuitive buckle, the HANDSFREE SQUARE can be fastened to your wrist, palm, or fingers.
